Key Things To Note
Our email address is vegetarianhealth@gmail.com . Be sure to add it to your approved sender list right away. Otherwise, our emails may get caught in your spam filter.
Email Notifications And New Lessons
Each week, you’ll get an email letting you know that your next lesson is ready.
If our emails get caught in your spam filter, and you don’t hear from us, don’t worry. No matter what, a new lesson will become available in our members site every week. Log in anytime to see the lessons you currently have access to. Lesson titles are listed in the upper right corner.
Lesson Structure
Each lesson is divided into several posts. Each post has a link called “Q&A Call and Homework Assignment” . That’s where you’ll find the link to the recorded Q&A call for that lesson.
How To Upload Your Photo
In the upper right of any page, you’ll see a “Profile” link under the Community heading. Click it. In the upper left, where it says “That’s You! – [Edit]“, click the Edit link.
Type in your name and other info. Scroll down so you see “Avatar”. That’s where you upload your photo. Then scroll down and click “Update” in the lower left.
Where To Post Your Questions
If you have technical problems or billing questions, email them to us at vegetarianhealth@gmail.com. Our emails are read by a customer service rep, not a nutrition expert.
If you have questions about any of our lessons, post them in the Comments section, right below that lesson post.
The comments are moderated by Catrina McFate, a Certified Holistic Health Counselor. Catrina reviews the comments and questions before they’re made public. So you may not see your post right away.
Catrina only answers questions posted by Gold and Certificate students about our lessons.
If your question is not related to a lesson, or you’re not a Gold or Certificate student, we still encourage you to post comments or questions, since other students may interact with you or post answers.
Using The Forums
There are two ways to access the forum:
- Click the “Forum” link on the top toolbar of any page in the member site.
- Click the orange-brown link at the end of any lesson post that says: Join the forum discussion on this post
When you click “Add a New Topic” on the right side of the Forum page, you’ll be prompted to name the topic, and then elaborate in a large text box. To submit your post, click the button in a blue border that says:

How Vegan and Vegetarian Info Is Separated
We have two curriculums: The Vegan Mastery Program and The Vegetarian Mastery Program. We were originally going to keep them separate. But when we surveyed our students, most wanted to receive both curriculums. Why?
Some eat eggs but not dairy. Some vegans have vegetarian spouses. And many vegetarians want recipes they can serve to their vegan guests. Others just want to keep their options open.
So here’s the approach we’ve taken. Most of the 50 lessons start with information relevant to both vegans and vegetarians. Then, where called for, we’ve create an “Addendum for Ovo-lacto Vegetarians”. If you don’t eat eggs or dairy, you can just ignore the addendum.
The exceptions are lessons 4, 10, and 15. Since these topics are specific to vegans, we’ve written separate lessons for ovo-lacto vegetarians, and labeled them 4.5, 10.5, and 15.5, respectively.
How To Download The Q&A Calls
1) Each lesson has several posts. At the top of the first post, you’ll find a link to the Q&A for that lesson’s Q&A call. To download the recording, right-click the blue hyperlink that says “Download MP3 of this week’s lesson”
(Mac users: to right-click, hold down the Control key and then click.)
2) From the drop down menu…
Internet Explorer Users choose”Save Target As…”
Safari Users choose “Download Linked File As…”
Firefox Users choose “Save Link As…”
3) When the dialog box appears, choose the folder you want to save it to. You can also change the file name if you want to. Then click “Save”. Voila! The MP3 is now on your hard drive.
If You Want To Cancel
