Here is our Cancellation / Return / Rebill Policy:
If you signed up for a trial period, you can cancel anytime during your trial period and owe nothing. (Even after your trial period, you can cancel any time to stop future monthly charges, if applicable.) To cancel or request a refund, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you enroll in the Mastery Program and opt to pay in full on the 16th day, you can cancel anytime during your 15 day trial. Otherwise, you’ll be charged on Day 16 and there are no refunds. If your card is declined on the 16th day, we may break that charge into thirds and rebill your card in 3 payments, spaced 21 days apart.
If you buy a product with no trial period, and pay in full on the day of purchase, you're protected by our 30-day money back guarantee.
The Gold versions of Naturally Fit Forever, Cooking Class Riches, or Raw Food Riches are 3-ring binders we ship you. Within 30 days of receipt, you can return any of these in new, resalable condition for a full refund (excluding S&H). If it can't be resold as new, we may deduct $45 from your refund. Of course we hate to do this(!), but charging full price for a product that looks used isn't fair to other customers.
The online versions of Naturally Fit Forever, Cooking Class Riches, and Raw Food Riches all come with 15 day trials, after which you can pay in full (to get the best price) or make three monthly payments (roughly 20-25% more).
You can cancel these programs during your 15 day trial. Otherwise, you’ll be charged on Day 16 and there are no refunds. If your card is declined on the 16th day, we may rebill your card the monthly investment for the program you chose.
For example, Cooking Class Riches Silver has a 15 day trial, followed by either $297 -OR- 3 monthly payments of $119. Suppose you choose the $297 program. If you don’t cancel during the 15 day trial and your card is declined on the 16th day, we may rebill your card 3 payments of $119/month for the program you chose.
If you contact us outside of business hours, don't worry... the date/time stamp on your email will show us when your message arrived.
